The Registrar of Voters Office is responsible for the administration and oversight of all elections, primaries and referenda in an accurate, efficient and impartial manner, management of voter registration and maintenance of accurate, secure records, and provision of information to voters, political organizations, and the general public concerning voter rights and election activities. Registrars are required to obtain certification through the Secretary of the State’s office and comply with continuing education requirements.
